Audrey Low is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and facilitator. Through Designing Trust, she helps managers and leaders build trust, harness strengths, and foster collaboration, unlocking higher engagement and performance within their teams.
With over a decade of experience in StrengthsFinder, she guides both individuals and teams in strengthening relationships at work and beyond. Her early career in global MNCs exposed her to disengaged teams, sparking her mission to create healthier, high-trust workplaces.
Audrey believes that real solutions should create measurable impact. Her trust-based approach blends insight with practicality, offering tailored strategies that address each team’s unique challenges and goals, helping teams flourish with trust.

Project goals
Audrey first launched her website with the help of a university student. While it served as a starting point, she knew it was time for a refresh.
She wanted a website that would:
Guide potential clients to take the first step towards working with her by booking a scoping call
Present her offers clearly, making it easy for clients to identify the option that best fits their needs
Showcase her authority and expertise in a way that resonates with her ideal audience
The “Before”
Before we started working together, most of Audrey’s clients came through referrals, so her website hadn’t been a major focus.
As her business grew, she wanted a site that could clearly showcase her diverse offerings, give potential clients a fuller picture of her work, and present her brand with the polished, professional presence needed to build credibility with new audiences.

Colors & Fonts
I chose a bold, energising colour palette to reflect Audrey’s warm and approachable energy.
The deep purple conveys expertise and trust, orange adds warmth and momentum, and red as an accent drives action, together creating a dynamic identity that inspires confidence and transformation.
To create a visual brand that feels both professional and welcoming, I selected Lora for headings and Inter for body text. Lora’s elegant, organic letterforms bring warmth and a human touch, while Inter provides structure and clarity, ensuring Audrey’s message is clear, accessible, and action-driven.
To add depth and cohesion across the site, I also incorporated layered, geometric shapes as section backgrounds. These clean, structured forms symbolise collaboration and connection, reinforcing Audrey’s message of trust and transformation while giving the website a distinctive, polished look.
Logo
Audrey’s original logo featured a single “D” on a dark blue background. While distinctive, it didn’t include her business name and only existed in one format, making it difficult to apply consistently across platforms.
For the refresh, I retained the essence of her original mark and colour palette, refining the hues so they work more harmoniously together. I then incorporated the full business name as part of the logo to create a cohesive and professional identity.
The expanded logo suite now includes variations for dark and light backgrounds as well as simplified submarks, giving Audrey the flexibility to maintain brand consistency in every context.
Stock Photography
Audrey described her brand personality as warm, professional, and approachable, which I used to guide the process of curating stock photos. I ensured that the collection reflected her values of trust, collaboration, and growth by selecting candid, natural images of people in real settings—collaborating, reflecting, or connecting.
Warm tones, soft lighting, and clean backgrounds were prioritised to highlight genuine emotions and interactions, creating an authentic, supportive, and grounded visual style that balances professionalism with approachability.
Copywriting
During our brand interview and strategy session, Audrey and I worked together to get clear on her audience, approach, and the unique impact of her work.
Drawing from her brand questionnaire, program write-ups, and our conversations, I crafted all of the website copy—from service pages that outlined her offerings to an About page that told her origin story and the “why” behind Designing Trust.
Written with her ideal clients in mind—managers and leaders struggling with disengaged teams —the copy speaks directly to their challenges while highlighting Audrey’s expertise. By weaving her brand story and voice throughout, the website now communicates her authority, builds trust, and makes it easy for potential clients to see the value of working with her.

I brought together Audrey’s refreshed brand colours, fonts, logo, photography, and copy, into a cohesive online presence that feels both professional and approachable.
The site guides visitors to take confident next steps, from learning about her services, to finding the right fit, and finally booking a call.
Each service page was designed to speak directly to client challenges, explain the objectives and benefits of the program, and show who it’s for, making it easy for visitors to see if the offer is right for them. To further establish credibility, I added a media features page to showcase Audrey’s podcast appearances, positioning her as a trusted voice in her field.
The completed website is made up of 6 main elements:
Core pages: Homepage, About page, and Contact page
