  • This is a collaborative process, but I’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll provide your business insights and feedback at key points, I'll handle the strategy, design, and tech.

  • Professional photos definitely help your website feel more personal and aligned with your brand. If you have them, we’ll absolutely use them. But if you don’t—no worries. I’ll curate high-quality stock images that reflect your style and message. I’ll also provide a guide to help you select or plan photos that work well for your brand.

  • Nope! I’ll craft conversion-focused copy for your website that’s tailored to your audience and your tone of voice. You’re welcome to share any existing content or rough drafts, but I’ll handle the heavy lifting to make sure your message is clear, compelling, and aligned with your goals.

  • The typical timeline is around 3 to 4 weeks for The Launchpad package, and around 6 to 8 weeks for The Signature Experience. This includes time for strategy, design, development, feedback rounds, and launch. I’ll share the project timeline once we kick off, and I’ll guide you through each step so you always know what’s next.

  • A 50% deposit secures your spot in my schedule. The remaining 50% is due before launch. I’ll provide clear dates and payment instructions so there are no surprises.

  • Yes, your package covers the full design and setup, but you’ll also need to pay for your Squarespace plan, domain name, and any third-party tools we use (e.g., booking systems or email platforms). Don’t worry though, I’ll guide you through the options and you’ll also get a 10% discount on your Squarespace plan as my client.

  • Absolutely. I am based in Singapore but work with clients worldwide. Our collaboration are all remote-friendly. For calls and meetings, we’ll choose a time that works best for both of us.

  • Yes! You’ll get 14 and 30 days of post-launch email support for the Launchpad and Signature Experience respectively, plus a 1:1 training session to ensure you feel confident managing your site on your own.
